What you’ll find at our Aid station
We want you to succeed so we make sure we pack our aid station with anything you might need to finish your race. We serve Gnarly sports drink as well as water, soda.
We like to choose a lots of grab and go foods, chips, candy, coffee, hot soups/food. Vegan options. If you are picky you can have food in your drop bags. We aim to make sure you will find plenty to eat at the stations. We will have Band-Aids, first aid kits, and sanitary pads at aid stations.
RULES:
Full rules, for runner and crew linked here
Drop bags for all distances will leave Porcupine Aid Station at 7 am to go to location. They are returned when aid station closes. You/Crew can go and pick it up after the race from the aid station yourself.
Pick up parking passes at Friday Packet pickup. If you forget to bring them on race day have cash ready to pay for a new parking pass when you pull into the park.
Respect no parking signs. We have been warned that cars will be towed or ticketed.
In areas that parking is allowed - all 4 tires need to be off the road.
Be prepared to not find a parking spot. You can drop off a crew member to care for your runner, and wait somewhere else.
NO CREW ACCESS aid stations rules need to be followed. We will have you leave the course with your crew if they come there.
One pacer at a time on course, but runners can have multiple pacers. All pacers must sign waiver before getting on the race course. This is the pacers responsibility. Do not take a bib and get on the race course without signing the waiver online.
Trekking poles are allowed.
